Jason is principally a barrister, specialising in children’s law – the disputes that arise between parents. Many years working in that field have given him a close and continuing view of how children learn, and of the emotional factors – including the impact of family breakdown and domestic abuse – that shape a child’s development. His work has also given him a working familiarity with Singapore law, which sits close to UK law in this area.
Jason has written extensively for national newspapers and is the author of several books and guides. He brings the child-welfare and safeguarding lens to TrueNorth, alongside a wide network across UK law, government and education.
