Tom is Australian-American, with much of his career spent in China – starting in factories, then moving into commercial and corporate law, before becoming an arbitrator specialising in China-related disputes. He is now based in France. Tom has known Chris for around eight years, having worked together long before TrueNorth began, which is how he came to join as a founder in a product-management capacity.
